In Delray Beach, Florida, City Oyster is serving a special menu for Valentine’s Day.
Executive chef Jordan Stilley has created a menu featuring New Zealand lamb chops marinated in house-made chimichurri sauce. It’s served alongside Maine lobster tail, grilled asparagus, whipped mashed potatoes, and warm herb butter. Price is $65.
City Oyster is also serving a special Aviation cocktail ($13), made with Fords Gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and Crème de Violette. The meal is rounded out with a thick slice of chocolate raspberry cake ($13) for dessert.
Located at 213 E. Atlantic Avenue, City Oyster will be open 5–10 p.m. on Valentine’s Day.
