Carolina Ale House is quickly expanding throughout the Southeast.  Last week, the brand’s footprint expanded to 23 locations, as new restaurants were opened in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Killeen, Texas.

“Our goal is to have 50 Carolina Ale Houses (CAH) opened in the next 4 years,” says Lou Moshakos, president and owner of LM Restaurants.  LM Restaurants is the management company affiliated with 13 CAH locations.  The other locations are managed by licensees.

Not only do the two new locations equate to nearly 300 new jobs, but each restaurant is also committed to donating a percentage of their opening food sales to local charities.  The benefactor in Winston-Salem will be Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina.  In Killeen, funds are being raised for the USO Fort Hood.
