On Wednesday, March 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., guests can indulge in a carefully curated five-course Italian menu paired with premium Caymus wines. The evening’s chef-driven menu is rooted in Italian Mediterranean-style cooking, featuring fresh ingredients and creative twists on time-honored recipes. Throughout the evening, wine enthusiasts will gain insights into the wines’ nuances, enriching this exceptional culinary experience. Tickets are $147, plus tax and fees, and are available to guests ages 21 and older.
