BRIO Italian Grille and BRAVO! Italian Kitchen, are proud to announce its exclusive Caymus Vineyard Wine Dinner, offered at select locations nationwide. On Wednesday, March 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., guests can indulge in a carefully curated five-course Italian menu paired with premium Caymus wines. The evening’s chef-driven menu is rooted in Italian Mediterranean-style cooking, featuring fresh ingredients and creative twists on time-honored recipes. Throughout the evening, wine enthusiasts will gain insights into the wines’ nuances, enriching this exceptional culinary experience. Tickets are $147, plus tax and fees, and are available to guests ages 21 and older. 

Course 1 – Stuzzichino

  • Bruschetta: Marinated tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and Prosciutto di Parma
  • Wine Pairing: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, California

Course 2 – Insalata

  • Burrata & Beets: Roasted red & golden beets, burrata cheese, fresh basil, balsamic dressing and toasted pine nuts
  • Wine Pairing: Mer Soleil ‘Reserve’ Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands

Course 3 – Primo

  • Maccheroncini al Fume: Smoked pancetta, tomato, smoked mozzarella, pecorino and Parmesan

Course 4 – Entrée + Secondo

  • Land & Sea: Center-cut filet mignon, seared shrimp, black pepper cream sauce, Broccolini® and garlic mashed potatoes

Course 5 – Dolce

  • Pistachio Tiramisu: Homemade lady fingers, coffee syrup, and pistachio mascarpone cream, topped with toasted pistachio
