Foul Witch is a new concept from the team behind Blanca and Roberta’s. The small, intimate space features a 50-seat dining room, eight bar seats, and an eight person Chef’s Table.

The kitchen, led by Sam Pollheimer from Roberta’s in Los Angeles, will center around a wood burning oven and age meat and fish on site. Fresh pasta will be produced daily, and a salumi program will also be featured complimented by various breads made in house.

Hospitality will be led by Leslie Vinyard, and wines featuring some of the groups favorite producers will be selected by Jamie Schlicht.

Foul Witch opens for dinner today starting at 5:00 PM and will offer service until 10 PM Thursday – Monday, with later hours to follow soon. Weekend brunch service will begin later this winter.
