The Bistro Collection brand has redefined indulgence with three new Gourmet Brownies and five Dessert Bars.

The desserts are made with premium ingredients like Ghirardelli chocolate and on-trend flavor combinations like salted caramel, and they are hand finished.

Bistro Collection Gourmet Brownies and Dessert Bars provide enough variety to rotate on the menu. The new desserts include:

  • Double Chocolate Decadence Brownie, made with Ghirardelli chocolate: Milk chocolate brownie crowded with milk chocolate chips and crowned with more chips and a dark chocolate drizzle.
  • Dark Chocolate Cherry Brownie, made with Ghirardelli chocolate: Cherry filling, milk chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips mix with a brownie decorate with dark chocolate.
  • Salted Caramel Brownie with Pretzel Crust: Gourmet salted caramel-filled brownie drizzled with salted caramel and dark chocolate on a chocolate-covered pretzel crust.
  • Lemon Lover's Bar: Balanced tart lemon filling atop an all-butter shortbread crust, all hand finished with powdered sugar.
  • Seven Layers of Heaven Bar: Butterscotch morsels, chocolate chips, toasted coconut, and walnuts, layered on a graham crust.
  • Blondie Bar: Dark chocolate chunks and walnuts on a homeade cookie base with a white chocolate drizzle for a finishing touch.
  • Ultimate Brownie Bar: White and dark chocolate masquerade a rich brownie loaded with walnut pieces and chocolate chunks on a butter-crumb crust.
  • Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Bar: Rich strawberry puree mixed with cheesecake on a scratch graham crust.

All products come in a labor-saving thaw-and-serve format, and "perfect serve" trays are scored and fold flat for easy, accurate cutting.
