Belterra Park Gaming announced the addition of its new executive chef, Joshua Miragliotta, to the culinary team. Chef Miragliotta will lead culinary operations at Belterra Park’s five restaurants and banquet operations. Chef Miragliotta brings 18 years of culinary experience to Belterra Park including 10 years in the gaming industry.
“With the addition of our new executive chef, we are excited to continue to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests that exceed expectations and create magical, memorable moments,” says Kevin Kaufman, vice president and general manager of Belterra Park Gaming. “Chef Miragliotta brings years of experience and leadership to our operation including a specialty in locally sourced and inspired cuisine.”
Miragliotta is a New Jersey native who blends his experience with his Southern Italian heritage to create dishes that are unique and sustainable. In 1999, he earned his degree in culinary arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts, near Atlantic City, New Jersey. Before joining Belterra Park Gaming, Chef Miragliotta spent time as a chef de cuisine at various restaurants in Philadelphia and Atlantic City, as well as executive sous chef for the nation’s largest gaming and entertainment company.
