Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is helping customers celebrate Cinco de Mayo all month long with Mexican-inspired specials that are available throughout the month of May.
Here are the following new menu items, created by Executive Chef Tim Kast.
Mission Burrito Burger: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style: two 3-ounce patties, guacamole, spicy corn slaw, tomatillo salsa, shredded lettuce, and cheese all wrapped up in a tortilla.
Daddy’s Chili Cheese Tots: Tater tots smothered with Daddy’s Chili, BD Amber Ale Queso, applewood smoked bacon, and green onions.
“We always love to incorporate new flavors into the menu and Cinco de Mayo seemed like the perfect time to play with Mexican flavors to help celebrate,” says Kast. “The specials we created are a great way to celebrate the holiday all month long and we recommend completing the experience by washing it down with our signature Bad Ass Margarita, which is always a fan favorite.”
Colorado Bad Daddy’s locations will also roll out an updated cocktail menu on May 9. The new cocktails include a new spiked shake and three new mules: The Moonshine Mule made with Bad Daddy’s moonshine and the Moscow Mule and the Mule of Paradise that are both made with Breckenridge Vodka.
Bad Daddy’s culinary differentiators include burgers made from top-quality beef topped with Housemade American cheese and scratch made sauces with customizable options. Reviews rave of unique burger toppings such as buttermilk country-fried bacon, Housemade American cheese, scratch made pesto and the specialty Bad Daddy’s sauce. The restaurant also offers customizable salads, a full gluten-free menu and regional menu items that incorporate local flavors. High-energy rocker music, local beers showcased across the bar and décor distinct to the neighborhood adds to a unique brand personality.
Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar was recently purchased by Good Times Restaurants, Inc. (GTIM), which also operates Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, a regional chain of quick service restaurants located primarily in Colorado.
