Cannon + Belle, located at the Hilton Austin downtown, will serve a three-course, traditional-yet-better Thanksgiving dinner on November 23 from 3 to 8: p.m. Chef Yesica Arredondo has crafted a delicious feast the entire family will enjoy and the perfect alternative to spending days in the kitchen. The menu is available on Thanksgiving Day only.

The meal begins with the option of smoked corn and pancetta chowder or Texas grapefruit and chicory salad.

The second course features a choice of two proteins and a range of sides. Guests can choose between fried turkey with quail gravy or prime rib with charred onion barbecue. The sides are served family style and include a combination of sweet pepper stuffing and roasted corn and peppers along with sausage poached new potatoes, or mushroom apricot wild rice.

The meal wraps up with a choice from one of these dessert options: pumpkin pie, chocolate chunk pecan pie with cardamom whipped cream or cranberry bread pudding with whiskey caramel and toffee crunch.

Thanksgiving dinner is $36 per person. Cannon + Belle will offer 25 percent off bottles of wine under $100 and $2 off local beers to accompany the dinner.
