Golden Eagle restaurant and bar in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood announced Golden Hours, a special food and drink menu available nightly from 5-7pm beginning Thursday, June 21. Guests are invited to enjoy the menu inside the restaurant’s swanky, tavern-inspired interior or Beltline-adjacent and expansive patio.

Golden Hours will update regularly with a roster of seasonal, continental classics and refreshing boozy beverages. The inaugural selection features $5 bites from Chef Spencer Barnett like Brown Butter Cauliflower with herb yogurt, golden raisins, tahini, and olive oil; Crispy Chicken Skins with Schmidt’s habanero sauce; and Baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip with grana padano and grilled sourdough.

From Bar Manager Jeff Stockton, seven classic cocktails available for $7 will include an Americano, Bee’s Knees, Daiquiri, Manhattan, Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, and Tom Collins. Guests can also enjoy half-priced house wines by the glass and a High Life beer-and-a-shot boilermaker special with a choice of Stinger, Fernet, Bourbon or a Housemade Bitter.

Housed in a former rail depot station in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood, Golden Eagle is a full-service restaurant and bar with a retro diner’s club sensibility that is present in its classic dishes and cocktails, as well its interior design. From Chef Spencer Barnett, the menu  recalls no-nonsense, continental dishes of yesteryear, including shareable plates. Led by Bar Manager Jeff Stockton, Golden Eagle’s beverage program packs a colorful collection of boozy craft cocktails and reinvented classics. Restaurateur Michael Lennox is behind Golden Eagle in addition to neighboring Muchacho and Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall in Old Fourth Ward.
