Another Broken Egg Cafe is getting into the holiday spirit early this year with the launch of two new menu items and one seasonal cocktail. I’ve included more info on each item below:

Spiked Gingerbread Waffle: This festive take on a classic waffle includes gingerbread spices and is topped with candied pecans, gingerbread cookie crumble and bourbon-spiked whipped cream for guests 21 and older. Served with two eggs any style and baked bacon or house-made sausage patties.

Lobster Benedict: Guests can savor the season with a toasted everything bagel topped with sautéed asparagus, poached eggs and sautéed lobster in a creamy bisque-style sauce. This dish is served with grits or fresh country potatoes.

Gingerbread Rum Punch: Spiked with Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum at select cafes nationwide, this rum punch combines milk and gingerbread spice, and is topped with cream topping and gingerbread crumble.
