Joseph has accepted the newly formed Vice President of Digital Experience role effective June 6.

As former host of the podcast Forktales, Joseph frequently interfaced with restaurant leaders and technology innovators building a multi-faceted understanding of technology’s critical role in the restaurant industry’s ongoing revolution. He’s written multiple books, the latest of which tackles the unique challenges in developing restaurant brands. Titled The Bullhearted Brand, Joseph’s third book raised over $12k on Kickstarter and has been lauded as the “must-read” book for restaurant leaders.
As Vice President of Digital Experience, Joseph will be responsible for uplifting the quality of digital experiences along with operations excellence. Spanning all digital interaction touchpoints, Joseph’s focus is to spearhead the creation and development of remarkable experiences that simultaneously lift sales, check averages, and other critical metrics for 3Owl’s restaurant client roster. Additionally, he will be leading the charge in the development of new software technologies, to be announced at later dates.
