Women's Foodservice Forum CEO Joins National Restaurant Association Board


The Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), a premiere leadership development organization, announced the appointment of its president and CEO, Hattie Hill, to the 2016 National Restaurant Association (NRA) board of directors. With more than three decades of food industry expertise, Hill is a globally renowned thought leader, senior executive development expert, and best-selling author.

Hill, who joined WFF in 2014, leads all aspects of the organization and its activities across North America. Her vast experience with WFF includes serving as an executive consultant to the board and a member of the board of directors for six years. As an executive consultant she provided business strategy and oversight related to organization disruption, operations, and revenue stabilizing as well as spearheading the creation and implementation of WFF’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.

“Working in the food industry for over 30 years, I am a longtime supporter of the National Restaurant Association. I am honored to join the organization’s board and lend my expertise to help tell the industry story. Our ability to partner with the NRA builds upon WFF’s mission to advance women leaders,” Hill says.

Before WFF, Hill headed Hattie Hill Enterprises, Inc., an organization dedicated to leadership development for senior executives at Fortune 500 companies across the globe, including foodservice companies such as McDonald’s, Frito-Lay, Aramark, Walmart, Darden, and Dave & Buster’s.

Established in 1989, WFF focuses on the advancement of women in the foodservice industry.
