The consulting division of the world's premier culinary college launched a new website. CIA Consulting is the industry complement to the degree program offerings at The Culinary Institute of America, using the expertise and diverse knowledge of the CIA's 200 faculty members—world-class chefs as well as culinary scientists, nutritionists, beverage experts, management leaders, and writers.

The new site will better assist the college's current and prospective business partners in determining how the CIA can help them achieve their goals.

"We designed the new site to be a self-guided resource for clients to compare our assets with their needs, imagine the company they would be keeping, and realize that our work together helps to shape the future of the industry," says Scott Allmendinger, director of CIA Consulting.

Highlights of the site include an updated look and feel, with parallax design and scroll-down navigation; information about the division's key focus areas of training, innovation, and operations; and abstracts of work with key clients, such as Google, PepsiCo, and the United States Military.

CIA Consulting has provided culinary excellence for years on topics ranging from world cuisines and cooking trends to the latest in wellness, sustainability, and food ethics. Operators, manufacturers, distributors, commodity boards, marketing groups, and public agencies have worked with the college on menu development, research & development, and customized continuing education programs.
