Tony Roma’s announced the opening of its second Ireland location in Naas, County Kildare.

The new restaurant follows the highly successful Belfast location, which opened August 2005, and affirms the company’s focus on strengthening the brand’s international base in existing and new markets. Tony Roma’s has more than 150 restaurants in more than 30 countries around the world.

The Naas restaurant is located in the heart of Ireland’s Blue Blood Racehorse Industry near The Aga Khan Stud Farms. This area is recognized as home of the K Club, host of the 2006 Ryder Cup, and for The Curragh Plains, where scenes from the movie Brave Heart were filmed.

“We are excited to expand upon our highly successful operation in Belfast, Northern Ireland by adding a new location in Naas,” says John Hughes, CEO of The Hughes Family Partnership and Tony Roma’s franchise partner Rib Aroma Ltd. “We have worked on bringing Tony Roma’s to Naas for the last three years, and plan to build additional Tony Roma’s locations in Galway and Derry in the near future.”
