Ruby’s Diner, a family destination for burgers, fries, and shakes will be opening at the new Hollywood Casino Jamul-San Diego located in Jamul, around 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. Hollywood Casino Jamul-San Diego is owned by Jamul Indian Village and will be managed by Penn National Gaming.

“We are excited to welcome Jamul Indian Village to the Ruby’s Diner franchise family, and look forward to this new location serving the high quality food that people expect from Ruby’s Diner,” says Doug Cavanaugh, founder and CEO of Ruby’s Diner.

This new location represents an expansion in growth for Ruby’s Diner through non-traditional locations. Ruby’s Diner is focusing on bringing its popular burgers, fries and handmade shakes to guests where they live, play and travel. This is the second casino location for Ruby’s Diner; the first opened within the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City in 2013.

The new Ruby’s Diner at Hollywood Casino will feature the most popular items from the Ruby’s menu with a focus on Ruby’s juicy signature burgers, all-beef hot dogs, freshly made sandwiches, indulgent sides such as hot and crispy Rubyrings, fries and golden fried green beans, and handmade shakes with Ruby’s secret recipe soft serve ice cream.

A handmade shake completes the Ruby’s dining experience. Guests can choose from signature shakes or create their own shake, all handmade to order with real ice cream.

In addition to the new Hollywood Casino Jamul location, Ruby’s operates two other restaurants in San Diego County. The company is planning to open locations soon at two malls in Orange County, California.
