Paul Martin’s American Grill announced its expansion and opening of a 10th location in Pasadena, California. Located on popular Lake Avenue, the concept from acclaimed restaurateur Paul Fleming focuses on “Seasonal & Delicious,” using only the highest quality, peak-of-the-season ingredients, placing emphasis on house-made produce. Helmed by operating partner Joseph Corona and chef partner Mark Fitkowski, Paul Martin’s Pasadena provides a scratch-made menu of contemporary American dishes to the East Los Angeles community.

Comfortably accommodating more than 200 diners in almost 7,200 square feet, Paul Martin’s Pasadena embraces the restaurant’s upscale casual style with luxurious wood, plush seating, sophisticated, and modern interiors, inclusive of table and booth seating. The restaurant features a 900-square-foot outdoor dining space, which is available for private events of up to 44 guests, and the largest bar area seen at any Paul Martin’s property, complete with a charcuterie station.
