Soon, those in Black Hawk will be able to get lucky at the baccarat table and the dinner table with real ramen culture, as a new JINYA Ramen Bar is set to open its doors at the Ameristar Black Hawk Casino on Aug. 23.

Located at 111 Richman St., inside the area’s premier gaming center, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a unique, integrated dining experience, highlighted by the acclaimed Japanese restaurant’s bold noodles served in thick, rich broth – it’s even better than a pair of aces.

Opening day festivities begin at 11 a.m. with JINYA giving out free ramen for the first 50 guests in line at 11 a.m. for lunch and at 5 p.m. for dinner.

“We’re so excited to bring JINYA to a community as fun and vibrant as Black Hawk,” says JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “And with it coming to the Ameristar Black Hawk Casino, this will truly be a unique experience for everyone involved as it will be the first time we open a restaurant inside a casino. We can’t wait to welcome everyone for the grand opening and show them what real ramen culture is all about.”

The new JINYA in Black Hawk marks the brand’s second location in Colorado, joining Denver, and the 57th systemwide. It will serve guests from Monday thru Thursday 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 a.m.

At JINYA, experience ramen like it is meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to shrimp wonton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business
