The Southern sensation and James Beard Foundation award-nominated Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will open at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands in the first half of 2017. A tribute to Southern hospitality and farm-fresh ingredients, Yardbird’s flagship location opened in Miami Beach in 2012, receiving widespread acclaim, followed by a second location in Las Vegas at the Venetian|Palazzo Resort & Casino in 2015.

Guests of Marina Bay Sands’ Epicurean Market will be able to preview Yardbird’s classic offerings including Chicken 'N' Watermelon 'N' Waffles, Deviled Eggs and Fried Green Tomato BLT at the upcoming event August 12—14. Yardbird will participate for the first time in the three-day, world-class event that includes master classes, a fresh produce and seafood Farmer’s Market, an extensive wine experience, and multiple after-parties.
Serving Southern U.S. classic dishes including Llewellyn’s Fine Fried Chicken, Shrimp 'N' Grits and Buttermilk Biscuits alongside new favorites like the Butter Lettuce and Grilled Mango Salad, Swine Burger 2.0, and ’77 Elvis Pancakes, Yardbird offers lunch, dinner and a popular weekend brunch at its venue located in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Yardbird Singapore is the first international location for the 50 Eggs, Inc. brand.
Yardbird’s innovative beverage program is centered around the highest quality bourbons, whiskeys, and hand-crafted cocktails. Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade, Yardbird Bloody Mary, and a Watermelon Sling round out a full bar menu crafted by notable beverage director Daniel Toral.
Yardbird Singapore incorporates modern-rustic design with industrial touches. Inspired by the Southern United States, the restaurant uses familiar textures and colors signature to the Yardbird brand, while offering additional greenery and live plants unique to Yardbird Singapore.
