Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch welcomes three new franchisees while existing franchisees continue to grow. Nine new locations are coming soon as rapid  growth is on the horizon. Upcoming California locations include Vacaville, Ventura (3), Santa Maria and Redding, while Nevada launches three locations in Las Vegas.

“It’s so gratifying to see our existing franchisees build more restaurants and it’s a  thrill to welcome new franchise partners into the system,” says Greg Graber, CEO of  Huckleberry’s parent company Heritage Restaurant Brands.

“We have found tremendous success with conversions from other concepts that  serve three dayparts: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The AUV went up in these  conversions and the franchisees are extremely happy. More sales in less hours is  always a win-win.”

With operating hours of 7am – 3pm, attracting leadership from multi-unit operators,  General Managers, Kitchen Managers and staff has never been easier. The set  schedule allows for the opportunity to be home every night and helps cultivate a  refreshing work-life-balance for both operators and team members.

Walking into a Huckleberry’s is like stepping into a Southern bayou, where you are  captivated by the weeping willow tree, sparkling of fireflies, Zydeco music and  charming people with a genuine desire to serve you. It’s “Southern Cookin’ With A  California Twist!” and there’s no place like it in the breakfast/lunch category.

Heritage Restaurant Brands was founded in 2016. The San Luis Obispo, CA based  company is the franchisor of three brands, including 33-unit Huckleberry’s Breakfast &  Lunch. The brand plans to open 2-4 more units in 2023, with 10-12 on the way in 2024.
