Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants announced that it has signed an agreement to uncork a new restaurant in The Quad shopping center, located at the northwest corner of Smith Road and Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois, summer 2017. St. Charles will be the 28th location for the expanding restaurant group, which opened its first site in Orland Park in 2005. Cooper’s Hawk now has locations throughout Illinois, Florida, Ohio, Missouri, Indiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
