The Crystals @ Sky Harbor is now open in Phoenix Sky Harbor’s newest concourse in Terminal 4. The Grove, Inc. (TGI) hosted a Grand Opening Ceremony alongside the City of Phoenix and Southwest Airlines on Wednesday, October 4.
“It was such a thrilling day to celebrate the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. Being part of Sky Harbor and the great city of Phoenix is a dream come true,” says Nina Madonia, CEO of The Grove, Inc. “The brand line up and beautiful design will make The Crystals a destination in itself. I want to thank Mayor Gallego, all the city officials and our brand partners, including Bobby Flay, for their support and engagement.”
The new food hall features Pedal Haus Brewery, eegee’s, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, and Berry Divine Acai Bowls, all operated by TGI, alongside Chick-fil-A, operated by subtenant Emerging Domestic Market Ventures, LLC (EDMV). Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego and renown Chef Bobby Flay attended the grand opening event, as well as AO Architects who produced the state-of-the-art design.

TGI and EDMV are proud to bring a collection of local, regional, and national concepts to PHX. Phoenix residents are no stranger to eegee’s, Pedal Haus Brewery, and Berry Divine Acai Bowls. All three brands are Arizona locals with streetside stores in Phoenix, and they are excited to represent the city to PHX travelers as their first foray into the airport space. Chick-fil-A is beloved nationwide with a presence in over 30 airports as well as 40+ streetside stores in the metro area. For regional brand Bobby’s Burgers, The Crystals represents both the first Arizona restaurant and the first location in an airport.

Attendees at the grand opening were invited to tour the food hall and sample items from each of The Crystals’ restaurants, including Bobby’s Burgers’ Crunchburger® and shakes, the signature eegee frozen drink and crinkle fries, Pedal Haus Brewery’s pizza and pretzels, Berry Divine’s acai bowls, and Chick-fil-A’s Chick-n-Minis. The event concluded with a ribbon cutting in which Chef Bobby Flay did the honors.
