Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced that it will continue its holiday tradition and once again be open on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23, 2023, from 11 AM until 8 PM, at all 65 locations. Guests can celebrate the holiday with a 3-course Thanksgiving Menu. Fleming’s will also offer its regular Dinner Menu throughout the day.
To start, guests can choose between a refreshing Fleming’s Salad, featuring walnuts, tomatoes, dried cranberries, red onion, and a zesty lemon balsamic vinaigrette, or the rich Lobster Bisque, made with North Atlantic Lobster and spiced sherry cream.
The entrée options include the Mixed-Herb Roasted Turkey Breast & Turkey Gravy, Filet Mignon, or a 20oz Prime Bone-In Ribeye, all served with a side of Savory House-made Stuffing. Guests will also enjoy a variety of shareable sides, including creamy Mashed Potatoes, flavorful Green Beans with Apricots & Onions, and tangy Cinnamon Orange Cranberry Sauce.
Fleming’s presents two irresistible dessert options to choose from: the Harvest New York Cheesecake, served with a delightful combination of cinnamon orange cranberry sauce, pumpkin cream, and candied walnuts, or the Carrot Cake, a three-layer cake topped with cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of caramel.
Guests can also purchase the featured seasonal cocktails, a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini or Black Walnut Old Fashioned.
The Thanksgiving Menu starts at either $56 or $59, depending on location. In addition to the Thanksgiving Menu, families with children can take advantage of the Children’s 3-Course Menu, priced at $26.
