Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced its 3-course Winter menu, available for a limited time starting November 29 at all locations.
The menu starts with a delectable Salmon Poke Wonton amuse bouche that features avocado crema, seaweed caviar, mezcal mustard ponzu, and pea shoots. The first course is a refreshing Citrus Frisée Salad that combines orange supremes, ricotta salata cheese, toasted pine nuts, and lemon balsamic vinaigrette, delivering a burst of citrusy goodness. The second course is a succulent Filet Mignon & One Pound Rock Lobster Tail served with a caramelized roasted lobster butter. To conclude, the Espresso Martini Chocolate Mousse is a dessert infused with bourbon salted caramel and topped with house-made chantilly cream.
This menu also offers a curated selection of wines and cocktails for additional purchase, including a Silver Oak, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley and a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.
Fleming’s has added a showstopping shareable starter to the menu that elevates any celebration, and is especially ideal for friends and family dinners over the holidays.
The new Chilled Shellfish Tower features a completely new seafood offering – oysters sourced from prestigious east and west coast areas (depending on restaurant location) known for harvesting top-tier Oysters, and freshly shucked in house, along with Alaskan Golden King Crab Legs, harvested from the rocky, volcanic waters surrounding the remote Aleutian Islands of Alaska, as well as North Atlantic Lobster tails and claws, and colossal shrimp.
The East Coast oysters are Chappell Creek Oysters, harvested from the nutrient-rich waters off the shores of Prince Edward Island, and will be served at all Fleming’s locations except those in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. The West Coast Oysters are Kumiai Oysters, harvested from the pristine waters of the Guerrero Negro Lagoon, and will only be available at Fleming’s restaurants in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah.
The Shellfish Tower comes in two sizes – large with three tiers and small with two tiers. Both come with a trio of sauces, including cocktail sauce, creamy mustard sauce, and brandy mustard sauce that pairs wonderfully with the Alaskan King Crab Legs.
