1 egg, scrambled
1 tbsp. queso fresco
2 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 turkey breakfast sausage, cooked, 1/4-inch diced
1.5 tbsp. roasted corn, black bean, and tomato salsa
1 tbsp. avocado/cilantro sauce
