- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/3 cup minced ginger
- 1 ½ tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup Mori-Nu soft silken tofu
- 1 cup soybean oil
Blend all ingredients, adding oil slowly to the blender. Refrigerate.
Yield: Salad dressing for 6 to 8 servings
