The National Honey Board's refreshing twist on the mojito

This new take on the mojito uses honey simple syrup as a natural sweetner.


1 3/4 oz premium white rum

1/2 oz honey simple syrup

8 mint leaves

2 orange slices, cut in quarters

1 lime wheel, cut in half

Club soda


1. Place the mint leaves and honey in the bottom of a Collins glass and muddle to combine.

2. Squeeze and drop in the oranges and limes and fill the glass with crushed ice.

3. Pour in the rum and fill the glass with club soda.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Yields 1 serving.
