Great Midwest Cranberry Cheddar Cheese Now Available in 5-Pound Loafs

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. announced its popular Great Midwest Cranberry Cheddar Cheese is now available in two, 5-pound loafs. This new larger format is ideal for back-of-house slicing and shredding, and is perfect for the holidays.

The combination of tart dried cranberries and Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese offers a delicious blend of sweet, mellow, and tart flavors with a creamy texture.

"Including Great Midwest Cranberry Cheddar Cheese on menus takes dishes to the next level," says Sean Mason, marketing manager-foodservice, Saputo Cheese USA Inc. "This cheese is suitable for use in a wide range of recipes and can be served any time of the day."
