Each Bistro Collection Individual Bundt Cake is portioned for the individual indulgence-seeker or for consumers preferring sharable desserts. Mini cakes have increased 17.5 percent on menus from 2013 to 2014 and represent the fastest-growing cake varieties in the last year with 13-percent growth. With 53 percent of consumers preferring sharable desserts, Individual Bundt Cakes provide a convenient menu option. As an updated version of a nostalgic favorite, the Bistro Collection Individual Bundt Cakes appeal to consumers who crave both retro desserts and trending flavors. Bistro Collection Individual Bundt Cakes are crafted using premium and on-trend ingredients like rich chocolate ganache, creamy salted caramel, smooth fillings, and crunchy pecans.

Overwrapped trays store in the freezer until they are ready to use, eliminating waste and labor costs associated with baking desserts on-site, with thaw-and-serve convenience reducing serving time and providing a consistent and impressive presentation. In addition, because the cakes are meticulously hand-finished, minimal plate-scaping is required. Individual desserts are packaged 24 cakes to a case with 12 cakes per tray, and have a three-day refrigerated shelf life.
