After over a decade of success in Austin and across Texas, Via 313 is growing its footprint in the area even more by bringing its signature Detroit-style pizza to Bee Cave. Fans will no longer have to travel far to savor award-winning “square” pizzas, with the popular brand’s newest restaurant opening its doors this spring.

“We’re thrilled to finally open a Via 313 in Bee Cave and bring our Motor City flavors to the local community,” says Co-Founder Brandon Hunt. “We’ve had a lot of success in Austin and we can’t wait to bring our pizza to even more Texans in the area.”

The new, locally owned and operated restaurant will be conveniently located at 3944 S. FM 620 Road and will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 15 alongside the Chamber of Commerce. The new Bee Cave location marks the 10th Via 313 in Texas and the 14th systemwide.

“We’ve had our sights set on Bee Cave for a while now and we’re excited to finally bring our Detroit-style pizza to this community,” says Co-Founder Zane Hunt. “The Austin area has shown its support for our award-winning pizza, so it made perfect sense to give it even more. We can’t wait to celebrate opening day with everyone while also supporting a great cause.”

As a part of the grand opening celebration, Via 313 is partnering with Cerebral Palsy Awareness Transition Hope (CPATH), a charity that raises awareness and funds for individuals with cerebral palsy. Via 313 will donate 25% of its sales to CPATH, supporting its efforts in creating a brighter future for those affected by cerebral palsy. As a locally owned and operated pizzeria, Via 313 is committed to giving back to the communities they serve and making a positive impact with its delicious pizza.

Via 313 is also looking to hire a few more employees to join its rapidly growing family. Via 313 offers competitive pay and high earning potential, paid time off, health insurance, discounted meals, a fun, relaxed atmosphere, career advancement opportunities and more.

Well-known as the first restaurant brand to recreate the signature pizza style outside of Detroit, Via 313’s pizzas feature pillowy crust with dough that’s prepared daily using the finest flours and classic baking techniques. They’re then topped with mouthwatering ingredients like cheese from Wisconsin and fresh sauce laid on after the bake. Whether you’re looking for a pizza with premium toppings like The Cadillac – made with gorgonzola, fig preserves, prosciutto, Parmesan and balsamic glaze – or you want to go big with The Detroiter – double the pepperonis – Via 313 has all your pizza needs covered.

Committed to offering something for everyone, Via 313 also adheres to a variety of lifestyles and dietary restrictions. Guests can enjoy vegan or vegetarian options like The Herbivore, The Four Cheese Pizza and The Marinara. They can also substitute gluten-free crust or dairy-free cheese on their pizza of choice.

Via 313 pizzas are called “square,” yet they’re actually baked in rectangle metal trays, just like the ones used on the automotive assembly lines in Detroit. But instead of being filled with metal parts, Via 313’s trays are filled with the finest pizza ingredients it can source.
