Chefbites, the innovative virtual food hall operator and food tech company, announced the opening of its first location in the Allapattah/Wynwood area of Miami this summer. The food hall will be the first of 15 planned locations in Florida over the next five years, with Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale following by the end of 2024.

Chefbites’ mission is to develop custom solutions for each part of the restaurant chain of operations, from recipe management and execution to kitchen operations, automated systems, supply chain logistics, to an online ordering platform and mobile app, and a reliable and fast delivery service. The company operates about 50 restaurant brands through licensing agreements signed with the brands. Partners include local restaurants, national franchise brands, popular national virtual brands, new concepts with menus curated by well-known local and international chefs, and new proprietary virtual brands.

Chefbites offers any type of food from any type of cuisine, ranging from burgers, salads, and pizza to sushi, pasta, Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai, ramen, hot dogs, chicken, tacos, and more. The company’s focus is always on providing high quality food, consistent recipe execution that respects restaurant quality, and on offering an outstanding customer experience. Chefbites offers small local restaurants an opportunity to expand their reach by partnering with the company. Through the licensing agreement and Chefbites expansion plan, restaurants and food concepts can quickly multiply their revenues without having to invest a cent or hire and train staff. They provide Chefbites with their recipes and training, and the company takes care of executing, operating, marketing, and selling on all 3rd party delivery (3PD) platforms, as well as on their own app.

Chefbites’ partners can either opt in to have the company operate their 3PD accounts or only be available on the Chefbites app. The Chefbites app allows customers to browse through all available partners, add dishes to their cart from any brand, and receive everything in one single order. This means that if a group of people can’t decide if they want to order sushi, burgers, or pizzas and bubble tea for the kids, they now don’t have to choose and can order everything seamlessly on the Chefbites app and pay only one delivery fee. Chefbites’ prices are also highly competitive, bringing back affordable delivery prices for good quality food and service.

In addition, Chefbites will offer a strong loyalty program with unbeatable promotions every day. Customers can order individual meals or opt for family-sized meals to save even more money. Chefbites also offers a special feature for corporate offices that want to provide their employees with lunch incentives. Employees can order on the platform each day before a certain cut-off time, and all lunch orders will be delivered at the same time to the corporate office, individually bagged and labeled for each employee. Employees will be able to choose from dozens of menus each day and won’t have to waste time making lines or waiting for multiple drivers to arrive.

Chefbites also offers catering delivery, making it easy for companies to cater events or meetings without worrying about food quality or delivery.
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, Chefbites has contracted a dedicated fleet of drivers. The company’s goal is to exceed customers’ expectations of delivery service and have their food delivered in 40 minutes or less.

From the first location in Allapattah, Chefbites will be able to deliver to Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Midtown, Overtown, Miami International Airport, Allapattah, Morningside, Little Havana, and Little Haiti.

“We are thrilled to bring our virtual food hall concept to the Miami area and offer our customers a unique and high- quality food delivery experience,” says Julien Mus, Founder and CEO of Chefbites. “Our goal is to bring a new level of food quality, convenience, and service to our community while supporting local restaurants and chefs. We look forward to expanding our reach throughout Florida and beyond in the years to come.”
