On Wednesday, April 26, Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse celebrated its grand opening in Roseville, CA, where guests experienced a champagne and cocktail reception and were invited to enjoy appetizers from the grill. The restaurant features a casual fine dining experience of unlimited menu offerings. For $48 during weekday lunch and $69 during full-priced service, guests can enjoy 17 unlimited cuts of meat such as beef, seafood, pork, chicken, lamb and a gourmet salad bar with more than 45 options. Upon arrival, patrons will be greeted by beautiful decor and a lively environment, and welcomed by attentive staff, who will serve as their guide throughout the dining experience. Following being seated at the table, their server will ensure the table understands the unique dining concept and service style by demonstrating the use of the coaster, which displays bright green and red hues. Turn the coaster to the green side to be met by a meat chef holding a skewer of flavorful meat offerings, ready to masterfully cut a piece and satisfy a guest’s cravings. Guests can then turn the coaster to the red side to temporarily pause the skewer service, and turn it back to green when they’re ready for the next round of meat. 
 
Each guest of the rodizio experience will have the opportunity to indulge in an incredible selection of meat offerings including the Picanha, which is the signature cut of Galpão Gaucho, and can also feast on other versions such as the Garlic Picanha and Spicy Picanha. Playfully delicious selections that are specially grilled include Shrimp, Pineapple, Salmon, and White Cheddar Cheese. An enjoyable mix of flavors are the Chicken Wrapped in Bacon and Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon, or guests can treat themselves to the tender and mouth-watering Filet Mignon. Additional fulfilling options include Pork Ribs, Pork Sausage, Pork Loin with Parmesan Lamb Chops, Ribeye, Beef Ribs, Chicken Drumsticks, and Leg of Lamb. 
 
In addition to the skewer service is the salad bar, which boasts over 45 gourmet salad items, and hot side dishes including garlic mashed potatoes, sweet caramelized bananas, homemade chimichurri sauce and house salsa. Also available with the rodizio experience is the cheesebread appetizer, as well as a la carte desserts and a variety of alcoholic beverages. For the full Brazilian experience, guests are encouraged to start their meal with a beverage such as the Caipirinha, the traditional cocktail of Brazil, or select something from their extensive wine list. 
 
Galpão Gaucho also offers an alternative to the rodizio experience, which is the a la carte bar menu in the elegant and lively bar area. Patrons can enjoy special signature cocktails, shareable plates, and 20% off food and drink options during happy hour. An incredible feature of the restaurant is the group dining experience for private events, where parties up to 100 guests can experience the full rodizio menu in a group setting. 
 
Galpão Gaucho in Roseville is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30am–2:30pm. The restaurant is open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5-9:30pm, Friday from 5–10pm, Saturday from 1–10pm and Sunday from 12–9pm.
