The Toasted Yolk Cafe is now serving up seaside-inspired creations that bring a tidal wave of reimagined flavors in every bite and sip.

Guests can now enjoy all the toasty delicious limited-time offerings that include Oscar Style Fried Green Tomatoes featuring thick-cut green tomatoes that are fried to perfection in the Toasted Yolk’s signature flour mixture. The tomatoes are then topped with crab meat that has been sauteed with colorful bell peppers and garlic and finally drizzled with Toasted Yolk’s own Siracha aioli for an added kick, all for $11.99.

In addition, another Arnold will be added to the menu – the Almost Famous East Coast Arnold – that puts a fresh take on the classic egg benedict featuring a toasted English muffin stacked with a thick slice of fried green tomato and house-made crab cake. It is topped with a poached egg that is slathered in a new creole tarragon hollandaise sauce and served with a side of lemon Zitar salad, for $17.99.

The “Don’t Call Me Shrimpy” Shrimp Omelette is not small in size or taste and is sure to please any seafood lover. Made with four eggs, cooked omelette style and stuffed with red Argentine shrimp, that are sauteed with mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, apple-wood smoked bacon and then stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese. To bring an extra zip of flavor, the omelette is topped with the house-made siracha aioli and served with a lemon Zitar salad, for $17.99.

The new seaside sips include an Aperol Spritz that will boost everyone’s mood with its medley of Aperol, a new Toasted Yolk champagne, club soda and garnished with a big juicy orange slice.

For all the guests who are ready to make a memorable toast at brunch, the café is now serving Brunch’n Shots. The shot combos will be $10 each and include:

  • The Toasted Yolk Shot – This shot pairs perfectly with any brunch and is filled with Jameson Whiskey, butterscotch schnapps, maple syrup, and is served with an orange juice chaser alongside a thick, crunchy bite of candied bacon.
