Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta, an upscale boutique hotel located steps from Lenox Square, has appointed Philipp Martens as director of restaurants, bars & events and Sergii Chepko as assistant director of food and beverage. In their roles, Martens and Chepko will manage the hotel’s food and beverage division including Spaceman, the rooftop bar and lounge, and Three Arches, the hotel’s signature dining experience.

Located on the 15th floor of the hotel, Spaceman features simple, delicious, and shareable dishes along with craft cocktails. The thoughtfully curated space includes an expansive bar in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as two outdoor terraces with lounge seating, yard games, and stunning views of the Atlanta skyline. Three Arches, the recently opened restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel, is named from one of the interior’s focal points, the three arches that reside behind the stunning bar. The restaurant is a celebration of the pan-Mediterranean culinary tradition, embracing fresh ingredients of exceptional quality and bright flavors that allow them to shine.

“We are thrilled to have Philipp Martens and Sergii Chepko join our food and beverage leadership team,” notes Kristi Cotten-Morris, general manager of Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta. “Both are industry veterans with impressive experience, and we are confident their combined expertise will take both Spaceman and Three Arches to the next level.”
