Guard and Grace Offers Exclusive Specials for Valentine’s Day

Guard and Grace, Chef Troy Guard’s downtown Denver’s modern steakhouse, is offering exclusive specials around Valentine’s Day in addition to their award-winning dinner menu.

Guard and his team have created a list of specials that include larger format entrees built for two lovers and a decadent dessert that are sure to impress this Valentine’s Day:

Creekstone 32oz Porterhouse with duck fat potatoes and bearnaise (built for two lovers) $165

TG Lobster Pot Pie with fingerling potatoes, baby fennel, mushrooms, baby carrots (built for two lovers) $130

Lobster and Burrata with house sourdough, charred tomato, calabrian chili, vinaigrette, and shaved bottarga $33

Duck Ragu Pappardelle with eringi in rosemary, fiore sardo, and crispy duck skin $47

Red Forest Cake with red velvet cake, milk chocolate cremeux, chocolate crumble, raspberry ripple ice cream and salted caramel $14

Also new at Guard and Grace is the She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not, an expertly crafted and balanced Valentine’s Day cocktail with Lalo Blanco Tequila, port, lime, pineapple, agave, Pimento Dram, sparkling rosé, rhubarb bitters and egg white.
