Chef Daniel Waller of KOP Grill & Tavern is introducing a winter menu, focused on foods that are known to be comforting during the colder months to celebrate National Comfort Food Day, Monday, December 5.

The seasonal menu will feature Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes ($24), Homemade Meatloaf with Mash Potatoes and Green Beans topped with Brown Gravy ($20), and Southern Fried Chicken with Mac & Cheese and Broccoli ($22). Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup ($9) will be available, with the option to add Pulled Pork, Angus Burger or sliced Steak to the grilled cheese for an additional ($5), as well as Mac & Cheese ($13) with the option to add Pulled Pork or Brisket for an additional ($5), and Crabmeat or Prime Rib for an additional ($6). And on Thursday’s, Waller will feature succulent Prime Rib with Baked Potato and au jus ($32).

With the addition of the winter menu, KOP Grill & Tavern will also feature limited-time warm cocktails for guests to savor. The new cocktails include a Hot Toddy, which features a choice of bourbon ($12), available with tea or Cider, and Irish Coffee ($12).

In addition to the winter menu, KOP Grill & Tavern will host two holiday events in December: Mr. and Mrs. Claus will arrive on December 10th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a $10 donation that’s earmarked for the KOP Fire Department; and Brunch with the Grinch on Christmas Eve from. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the Grinch brunch consisting of a pre-fix menu, and costing $25 per person for those ages 13 and up, $15 per person ages 2-12 and free for kids under 2. Located at 128 Town Center Road, King of Prussia, KOP Grill & Tavern is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to midnight. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
