Black Angus Steakhouse invites all current and past members of the military to enjoy a free meal on Veterans Day this November 11th at all locations. The delicious dine-in meal includes a 6 oz Top Sirloin Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli and it is available from 12pm-3pm. Recipients are asked to bring a photo ID verifying their military service and it is not available to-go. For those who can’t make it to Black Angus on November 11th, the steakhouse chain offers service men and women a 15% discount year-round.
Black Angus Steakhouse recently extended their military “Heroes Discount” to now include first responders and educators. Building upon the tradition of showing gratitude to our brave military by providing an evergreen discount of 15% off their meals, the popular steakhouse chain invites police officers, firefighters, paramedics, nurses and educators to receive the 15% discount year-round.
“When we started the Military Discount program, we didn’t realize how it would grow the bond of community even stronger within many of our locations, especially those by military bases,” says Deborah Shapiro, VP of Growth. “The great response to our everyday Military Discount program made us want to give back to our community even more. Our restaurants have always been a favorite dining location for many members of the police force, first responders, health care workers and teachers. Loyalty is one of our core values, so it is only right that we return the favor of their loyalty to us by including them in this ‘family’ discount.”
To redeem this 15% Heroes Discount, dine at any Black Angus Steakhouse location and bring a photo ID identifying employment in any of the following fields: Active and Retired Military, Teachers, Nurses, Police, Health Care, First Responders, Service Men, Military Personnel and their immediate family members.
One of the following forms of identification is required:
U.S. Uniformed Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Veterans Organization Card (i.e. American Legion and VFW), DD214 Certificate, Veteran Identification Card (VIC) or, Photograph in U.S. Uniform or wearing U.S. Uniform. Servicemen and women, and Military Personnel and their families with any of the foregoing forms of identification will receive 15% off their entire guest check excluding alcohol and applicable taxes. Valid Badge of current employment (i.e. Hospital, School District, School Campus, City ID for Fire or Police)
