The Toasted Yolk Cafe is working on exciting new developments for the future of its brand with the design and build of its first ground up location.

Toasted Yolk Founder and CEO Chris Milton announced today the popular full-service neighborhood eatery will debut a reimagined state-of-the-art building prototype at its new location in Mont Belvieu, Texas next summer.

The new design taps into a clean and modern, yet casual, vibe incorporating the idea of “bringing the inside out.” All future Toasted Yolks will feature open-air bars leading towards the patio, creating a more accessible layout. The Toasted Yolk will serve as a community-focused spot that all people can enjoy, from a group of friends looking for a can’t-go-wrong boozy brunch to families having a place to bring their kids for an early morning breakfast treat.

“With this new design, we’re setting the tone for The Toasted Yolk moving forward,” Milton says. “We are evolving our dining experience while still delivering the same delicious food, attentive service and welcoming atmosphere at every location. We’re excited to see it come to life next summer.”

The Toasted Yolk has expanded rapidly across Texas and the southeastern United States. Most notably, the Houston-based concept marked its 25th opening earlier this month, hitting a brand milestone.

The Toasted Yolk offers a one-of-a-kind breakfast, brunch and lunch experience. With fan favorites like its famous Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and Club Sandwich, the chef-driven menu is unmatched in quality and freshness. Of course, it’s never too early to get toasted. Guests can enjoy a full bar with everything from classic mimosas, frozen Bellinis and bloody marys to Rise ‘N’ Shine Punch and Jackie’s Morning Rita.
