Southerleigh Haute South, the latest concept from San Antonio’s Southerleigh Hospitality Group located at The RIM, is unveiling two new menus for lunch and dinner, in lieu of its current all-day menu.

Southerleigh Haute South is now serving lunch Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm, followed by happy hour from 3pm-5pm, which leads into dinner from 5pm-9pm. Weekend brunch service and menu will remain as usual from 10am-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with a new brunch menu launching in September.

As Southerleigh Haute South approaches its two-year anniversary next month, it’s time for a fresh new offering that maintains the restaurant’s signature fine-casual comfort-driven menu, while adding some new favorites. Reflecting back on his Galveston roots, Executive Chef Jeff Balfour, in collaboration with Chef JC Rodriguez, has developed dishes inspired by his Southern background–think Hot Brown, Po’Boys, and a Pimento Patty Melt–as well as refined large plates that echo the sophistication of sister restaurant Southerleigh Fine Food, like Broiled Oysters, Redfish on the Half Shell, and Beef Short Rib. Truly offering something for everyone, the new menus also incorporate healthier options like salads and raw seafood.
