Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is kicking off summer with a new Summer Selections menu, debuting today in locations across the country. From Barbecue Chicken Pizza to seasonal cheesecake flavors, refreshing cocktails and a new year-round menu item, Grimaldi’s is the best place to kickstart your vacation and celebrate the summer season.
The Summer Selections Menu items include:
- Barbecue Chicken Pizza – A spin on Grimaldi’s traditional pizza with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce, oven-roasted chicken, smoked bacon, and red onion, garnished with fresh cilantro
- Blueberry Cheesecake – A vanilla cheesecake laced with blueberry swirl, topped with fresh blueberries and garnished with granola and whipped cream
- Strawberry Cheesecake – Creamy strawberry cheesecake served with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream
- Strawberry Lemonade Smash – New Amsterdam vodka, lemonade, muddled strawberries, and fresh basil shaken and served over ice.
Grimaldi’s also debuted today The Bridge Board as a new year-round menu item, a creative take on charcuterie including a generous assortment of Italian meats, cheeses, colorful antipasto, fresh berries and served with sliced bread. Guests can additionally enjoy The Bridge Board Bundle, which adds a choice of a bottle of Santa Rita 120 Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay for a bundle price of $30.
