Liberty National Golf Club announced world-renowned chef Stephen Yen has been named Executive Chef of the prestigious club.  A graduate of the famed French Culinary Institute, Yen has served as Executive Chef at TAO NYC, Sugarcane Raw Bar & Grill, Catch, an Omakase at Morimoto and Sous Chef at Fatty Cue.

In his previous capacity as Corporate Executive Chef for Paige Hospitality, Yen was the creative force and culinary director behind nearly 20 venues, including hotel properties, sports bars, fast casual and full-service restaurants.

Following his tenure at Paige Hospitality, Yen became the Corporate Chef of Grand Banks (Tribeca), Island Oyster (Governors Island), and Pilot (Dumbo) in NYC.
