Garden Gastronomy Experience

Lastly, for the remainder of the Spring/Summer season, SUMMIT the Rooftop at Conrad is offering its Garden Gastronomy Experience. Inspired by the constant quest for excellence that embodies Veuve Clicquot’s Prestige Cuvée, La Grand Dame, Executive Chef James Kerwin has created a special menu of items focused on showcasing the bounty of the flora from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The new gastronomic experience is an ode to local vegetables and celebrates the bold vision of passionate chefs who see vegetable gardens as an extension of their kitchen. Guests can order a bottle of La Grande Dame and enjoy a display of these items, each of which further highlight the elegance of the champagne.
