Sugar Factory American Brasserie has opened its second Miami location at Bayside Marketplace. The popular, family-friendly eatery known for its over the top treats and decadent desserts is located at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL in the heart of Downtown Miami. A favorite for locals and out-of-towners alike, Sugar Factory Bayside offers guests an unforgettable dining experience from start to finish.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sugar Factory to Bayside, adding one of the world’s favorite confectionary shops to Miam’s growing downtown neighborhood. With panoramic views overlooking Miami’s beautiful Biscayne Bay, guests can find our larger-than-life goblets, over-the-top milkshakes and eye-catching flower walls for an all-around Instagrammable experience, from our dishes to our decor,” says Charissa Davidovici, owner of Sugar Factory.
The 156-seat maining dining area features a full-service outdoor bar overlooking Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The restaurant will eventually expand to include 3,000 square feet of interior dining space, a retail shop for guests looking to take home some Sugar Factory swag and a confectionery shop offering sweet treats for the road.
Sugar Factory Bayside’s menu features signature items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, Sugar Factory’s colorful Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes are drizzled with warm maple syrup and topped with rich chocolate chips, chewy gummy bears, fresh strawberries and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles. For lunch or dinner, guests can enjoy unique offerings like the Flaming HOT Cheetos Burger, an eight ounce Angus burger topped with Flaming Hot Cheetos crusted pepper jack cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, chipotle mayo and served on a Hot Cheetos crusted bun.
For dessert, Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes are bursting with flavor, with favorites including the Giggles Snickers Milkshake and the Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake, which features strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, a crispy bacon strip and a mini cheeseburger as a garnish. Guests can also find Sugar Factory’s signature, celebrity endorsed, smoking cocktail goblets (all of which can be made without alcohol), including the Soul Man by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made with fresh peach, fresh pineapple, lemonade, Teremana Tequila Blanco, Triple Sec and Hennesy, topped with gummy cherries, tropical drops, strawberry rock candy served in a green lay wrapped goblet; the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies; 50 Cent’s Candy Shop goblet made with Branson Cognac; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai made with SelvaRey Rum; and Nick Jonas’ and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila.
Sugar Factory Bayside offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch and late-night dining options. Sugar Factory is open daily from Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to Midnight.
