4 Rivers Smokehouse has cooked up an all-new Inflation Menu featuring its award-winning BBQ offered at a value. Now available at all Smokehouse locations, the latest 4R dishes include a variety of Barbacoa Bowls and Buffalo Mac Attacks.
Developed by John Rivers and his culinary team, the full-flavor, large portion items feature a diverse selection of signature smoked meats as well as vegetarian options, including:
Barbacoa Bowl: Shredded lettuce, white rice, black beans, cilantro lime crème fraiche, guasacaca, cilantro onion salsa, queso fresco and a squeeze of fresh lime juice with choice of topping:
