At the award-winning steak and seafood restaurant Ocean Prime, part of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants with 17 locations around the country including its newest in Kansas City (opening February 8), there is always something to celebrate. Valentine’s Day is no exception and a selection of always-available and special “Valen-Prime” menu items will help couples toast romance in a truly decadent and delightful way.

Setting the mood is Ocean Prime’s signature and Instagram-worthy cocktail, Berries & Bubbles, a combination of Belvedere Citrus Vodka, marinated berries, house made sour, Domaine Chandon Brut and topped with Dry Ice, ideal for a romantic toast.

Known for their extensive oyster menu, which features both east and west coast oysters on the half shell as well as part of the customizable Smoking Seafood Tower, aphrodisiac appetizers abound.

This year, Ocean Prime is also offering a special Sea Bass & Caviar entrée (priced $64-69, based on location) for Valentine’s Day. Broiled Sea Bass is served over cauliflower puree with sauteed haricot verts, toasted garlic fingerling potatoes and roasted tomatoes – finished with orange vinaigrette and topped with caviar.

The warm butter cake is a sublime ending to this romantic meal. It’s accompanied by fresh berries, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce.

Select locations will also feature specialty cocktails and desserts. For couples who want to dine at home, all Ocean Prime locations offer delivery and takeout of their full menu.
