Mr Brews Taphouse COO Mark Leach announced the company named Kenny Leetch as its new senior vice president of operations.
Leetch brings more than 20 years of leadership experience with expertise in operations management. After beginning his career in restaurant leadership at the Bar Louie Group, Leetch moved to Chicago’s Sanfratello’s Pizza and assisted in opening the brand’s first franchise-owned location. From there, Leetch joined bd’s Mongolian Grill, where he worked in franchise and corporate business roles for 15 years and oversaw the brand’s evolution into Mongolian Concepts, parent company of bd’s Mongolian Grill, FlatTop Grill and Genghis Grill.
“Kenny is a tremendous addition to the Brew Crew,” Leach says. “He brings a vast amount of knowledge, especially when it comes to driving profitable sales. He also adds 20 more years of experience to Mr Brews’ stacked lineup of veteran restaurant industry leaders, bringing our team’s combined experience to an impressive caliber for a brand of our size. As senior vice president of operations, Leetch will work with COO Mark Leach and vice president of operation services Carrie Martin. The newly formed power trio will continue franchise-first focus towards elevating the brands success and supporting its strong and growing franchise community.

Each Mr Brews location offers a selection of more than 50 beers on tap that are threaded together by the franchisee’s personal local favorites, popular national pours, and rotating taps from the region’s seasonal collections. To complement its wide selection of beers, Mr Brews offers award-winning gourmet burgers that are scratch-made daily with its brand-specific blend of fresh ground meat.
