Xperience Restaurant Group, one of the nation’s leading operators of casual and fine dining Mexican restaurants, announced its new appointment of Vice President of Marketing Giovanni Salvino-Prada.

In this role, Salvino-Prada oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all marketing activities including brand, social, public relations, customer acquisition, and loyalty strategies for all brands under the XRG umbrella. As a CRME and CHDM-certified marketing expert, he shares a combined 16 years of experience in leading marketing teams for upscale hotels and restaurants. Salvino-Prada attended Johnson & Wales University where he gained his passion for the hospitality industry and graduated magna cum laude.

Before joining XRG, Salvino-Prada worked with some of the most well-known hospitality groups including Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, sbe, Patina Restaurant Group, and Pacific Hospitality Group. Throughout his career, he received two HSMAI Adrian Awards, an Interactive Media Award, and won “Marketer of the Year” twice at Pacific Hospitality Group and once at Kimpton Hotels. Salvino-Prada also served as a key figure in developing the culinary public relations efforts with Patina Restaurant Group for two EMMY Awards and one GRAMMY Awards events.
