Xperience Restaurant Group announced plans to accelerate its growth strategy following record sales in 2021. By June 2022, Xperience will expand its footprint and open five new restaurants, including four new locations of its beloved brands and the introduction of a new restaurant and bar concept under the El Torito brand. All five restaurants are expected to be open by June 2022 and are anticipated to contribute significantly to Xperience’s 15% growth target for 2022.

The new restaurants and locations include:

Chevys Fresh Mex, a casual spot serving the freshest Mexican food since 1986, known for its sizzling fajitas, mouthwatering guacamole, flautas, and handcrafted margaritas. The new location will open in Orlando, FL in Fall 2021.

SOL Mexican Cocina, a vibrant restaurant that captures the essence of Baja California, offering fresh, scratch-made coastal Mexican cuisine and specialty margaritas. The new location will open in Irvine, CA in Fall 2021.

Solita Tacos & Margaritas, a laid-back Baja-inspired restaurant featuring unique wood-grilled tacos and a wide variety of margaritas. Two new locations planned – the first will open in Anaheim, CA in Winter 2021 and the second will open in Long Beach, CA in Spring 2022.

A new restaurant and bar concept in the El Torito family, opening on the pier in Redondo Beach, CA, in Spring 2022.

“We are excited to continue our significant momentum as we build on our record 2021 sales,” says Randy Sharpe, CEO of Xperience Restaurant Group. “We are growing our legacy Chevys and El Torito brands by moving into new markets, while reimagining our offerings to deliver better experiences for our guests. We have experienced tremendous growth in the past year and are well positioned to continue growing our footprint of SOL and Solita brands nationwide. We look forward to introducing expanded cantinas and new innovative dishes to delight our guests across the United States.”

Throughout the pandemic, Xperience Restaurant Group has focused on enhancing its guest services and delivering safe dining experiences, which led to unprecedented success in 2021 and has positioned the company for its continued expansion nationwide.
