Wild Wing Cafe wants to bring its eatertainment experience to a lucky guest’s own backyard. Since summer grilling and BBQ go hand-in-hand with family gatherings and casual social get-togethers, Wild Wing Cafe is giving away a backyard party that includes a band and food for 20 guests to the winner. To enter the Backyard BBQ Giveaway, guests must be a member of Wild Club, Wild Wing’s loyalty program, and purchase any food item off the new Backyard Griller menu. The winner will then be chosen at random.

The summer season also means that it is time to put away the silverware and pick up handheld dishes and tasty offerings from Wild Wing Cafe. Carolina’s own eatertainment chain is now featuring new, limited-time Backyard Griller menu items using its amazing range of house-made, artisan BBQ sauces, giving guests a chance to experience a flavorful twist on the best of summer grilling season.
This favorite neighborhood hangout will feature a new massive Backyard BBQ Platter piled high with Fried Ribs, BBQ Pork, Chicken Hushpuppies and a myriad of tempting sides to deliver all the best things about the season. Ribs and Frites, a brand-new Pulled Pork Sandwich with apple slaw and the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich round out the satisfying summer vibes. Other menu highlights include:
- Chicken Hushpuppies – loaded with chicken, cheeses and smoked ham, served with blue cheese dip or honey Sriracha lime marinade
- BBQ Pork Sandwich – deliciously messy and served with Mad Anthony’s BBQ Sauce and signature apple coleslaw

A “Three for $10.99” special includes a choice of beer, wine, or a soft drink, choice of appetizer (Salad, Bowl of Chili, Chips and Salsa or Loaded Potato Soup +$1) and choice of entree (BBQ Pork or Chicken Sandwich, Chicken and Shrimp Platter, Half-Pound Cheeseburger, Fried or Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Philly Hoagie, Honey BBQ Chicken Toasty, four-piece Chicken Feathers or Shrimp Skewers).
From sweet to tangy and spicy, new homemade sauces are perfect to accompany the new menu items. Guests can choose from Bubba’s BBQ (a sweet, Southern recipe), Colorado Coppers (saucy, sweet honey), Peachy BBQ (sweet and tangy blend of peach preserves and BBQ), Mad Anthony’s BBQ (the biggest, boldest sauce ever tasted) and Gold Rush (honey BBQ with a kick).
With all of this smoking-hot grill flavor, cold drinks are a must, and Wild Wing Cafe proudly serves draft beer, including Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Modelo and Wicked Chicken (a local Asheville, North Carolina brew), whiskies, including Jack Daniel’s, Bulleit and Woodford Reserve and wines like Cupcake merlot, Darkhorse rosé and Cupcake cabernet). If margarita time calls, guests can order one on the rocks, frozen, top shelf or the new spicy jalapeño.
