Smokey Bones and its virtual brand The Wing Experience will introduce new Whole Wings to their menus on Monday, May 24. The new, premium bone-in product consists of a drumstick, flat and wingtip, making them larger than the typical bone-in wing order of drumsticks and flats but with the same amount of meat.
The Whole Wings are available traditional style or smoked and with the same selection of sauces and rubs already found on the menu. Whole Wings will be sold in orders of four pieces for $14.99 or eight pieces for $22.99.
Smokey Bones and The Wing Experience have added Whole Wings to the menus in response to the nation-wide chicken shortage, which has had a large impact on bone-in wings. The two restaurants will continue to serve traditional wings, but there may be times when they are unavailable due the shortage and the new Whole Wings will be a second option.

The Wing Experience menu features Jumbo smoked and Jumbo traditional bone-in wings, new crispy boneless wings, and new crinkle cut fries. The Wing Experience now also features a category-leading menu of 50 wing flavors. Guests can choose from nine Buffalo, five BBQ, six Fruit, nine Global, eight Rich & Creamy, four Adventurous, six Dry Rub, and three Nashville Style flavors. Some of the new additions include strawberry chipotle, garlic parmesan, hot cinnamon candy apple, garam masala curry, and more.
