The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated has been recognized as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For for the eighth consecutive year, according to Fortune and Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture. The Cheesecake Factory ranked 35 on the list, which recognizes companies with strong culture, determined in large part by an anonymous employee survey that analyzes qualities such as how trustworthy, caring and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; the company’s broader community impact; and other characteristics to ensure that the company is creating a great workplace for all.

“The Cheesecake Factory is incredibly honored to be named on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the eighth year in a row,” says David Overton, founder, Chairman and CEO of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. “2020 was a particularly challenging year in the restaurant industry, and we couldn’t be prouder of our incredibly talented managers and staff members who worked so hard to continue to fulfill our Purpose of nurturing bodies, minds, hearts and spirits during such an unprecedented time.”

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For award is based on analysis of confidential survey responses from more than half a million current employees across the country.
